In 2023 , in partnership with the City of Boulder, All Roads began to offer clinical mental health services to individuals participating in our housing programs. The goal of the Housing Retention team is to increase stability and housing retention/prevent evictions for our housed clients who struggle with untreated mental health conditions.

The Housing Retention Team works closely with our housing Case Managers to coordinate support, identify and address instability, access additional resources, help with the transition from homelessness to housed, reduce isolation and encourage the client to engage with clinic-based support when they are ready.

By bringing clinical services directly to a client’s home, we eliminate much of the stigma and access barriers of seeking treatment that commonly prevent those with the greatest needs from seeking help. The team also facilitates group work at our three PSH buildings and can arrange for Peer support through community partnerships.
